Ben Rogers

President/Head Coach

Ben is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the business including sales. Ben graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a degree in Business Administration. He then went on and earned his teaching degree from Bethel College. To further develop his leadership skills, Ben earned a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership Administration from Ball State University. In addition to his role with Big Guys Inc, Ben currently teaches and coaches football at Homestead High School. As a coach and former college football All-American himself, Ben understands the value of hiring current and former college football players.

Gina Rogers

Vice President/Assistant Coach

Gina is in charge of the company finance and compliance. She earned her nursing degree from Ball State University. She then went on to obtain her Neonatal Nurse Practitioners degree from Indiana University. In addition to her role with Big Guys Inc, Gina currently works for one of the largest hospital networks in Indiana.

Camden Rogers

Supervisor/Team Captain

Camden is the job site team leader/supervisor. He is in charge of making sure jobs are done efficiently and professionally to help make sure each customer is highly satisfied with their Big Guys Inc. experience. Camden currently plays football at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and is pursing a degree in Business.
